Getting Started

Set up your Kansov workspace from scratch — account creation, team invitations, product configuration, and first-time setup — in under 30 minutes.

Setup Steps

  1. Sign up and verify your email

    Go to the Kansov sign-up page and create an account with your work email. You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account.

  2. Name your workspace and set your domain

    After verification, you'll be prompted to create your workspace. Give it a name and a URL-safe identifier. The identifier cannot be changed later.

  3. Configure Product Areas and Modules

    Go to Settings → Product Areas and create your Product Areas (e.g., "Payments", "Onboarding"). Within each area, add Modules for finer-grained categorization.

  4. Invite your team

    Go to Settings → Team & Users and enter your colleagues' email addresses. Assign each person a role.

  5. Set up AI

    AI features require an API key from OpenAI or Google. Go to Settings → AI Configuration to connect your key. See the AI Configuration guide for full instructions.

  6. Capture your first Insight

    Go to Sidebar → Discover → Insights and click New Insight. Add a title, describe the customer signal, set its source and sentiment, and link it to a Customer if relevant.
